MARGRET DAVIS - Will - Probated January Term 1873 In the name of God Amen, I MARGRET DAVIS of the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do therefore make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament that is to say first after all my lawful debts are paid and discharged the residue of my Estate real and personal I give and bequeath to my beloved Brother WILLIS RASBERRY should I outlive my Brother WILLIS RASBERRY I give and bequeath the same that is to say my Estate both real and personal to my beloved Nephew HENRY HOLDEN JOHN CORNELIUS RASBERRY son of Brother WILLIS RASBERRY. Likewise I make Constitute and appoint my Brother WILLIS RASBERRY to be Executer of my last will and testament revoking all former wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto Subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Seventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy two.
