Will of R. B. Davidson - Dated 12 Jan 1894

I, R. B. DAVIDSON do make and publish this as my last Will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

Secondly, I give and bequeath my entire estate both personal & real to L. E. BALLARD and her husband there natural life time, MRS. L. E. BALLARD and J. B. BALLARD is to take care of and provide for MARY DAVIDSON her lifetime.

Thirdly I bequeath to J. O. GARRETT, H. C. GARRETT and GEORGE GARRETT five dollars each.

Fourthly At the death of J. B. BALLARD and wife my entire estate is to go to MRS. L. J. AGEE, and at her death to her bodily Heirs.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint MRS. L. E. BALLARD my Executrix assisted by R. P. SHIVERS.
