Will of C. L. DANIEL Probated April 14th 1926 Minute Book 11 Page __ I, C. L. DANIEL do make and publish this as my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all others, made by me. I hereby bequeath my farm of 56 1/2 acres in the 12th Dist. Crockett Co. Tenn to my wife LIZZIE DANIEL during her widowhood and direct that she pay all my debts. I give all personal property to my wife LIZZIE DANIEL, I nominate and appoint my wife, LIZZIE DANIEL my executrix without bond. This Feb 13-1926 C. L. DANIEL
