I would have all persons to know that I have intentionally left out and not give my Children any thing in this my last will. It is my will that [they] have nothing from my estate not even to the value of one Copper Cent and when I say my Children I mean AMERICA DAVIS, the wife of W. J. DAVIS and SUSAN B. CURTIS or LITTLE BREWER CURTIS that is mentioned... is not to get anything from my Estate and reasons are that they received Real Estate and then turned against me in a law suit that I had in Dyersburg Chancery Court. They don't come to see me They don't assist me now in my old age and for these and various other reasons I hereby refused to give or will them any thing whatever.
