I MANERVA ANN CROSSNOE do make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

Fist, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debt, be paid as soon after my death as possible, out of any money that I may die possessed of, or may first come into the hand of my Executor.

Secondly I give and bequeath to my niece BERTHA PRECILLA SMITH to her sole and seperate use and not subject to the contract of her husband or liability for his debts all money and property of any character that I may die possessed of or that may come into the hands of my Executor after my death from any source after paying my funeral expenses and all my just debts. Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint W. H. MONTAGUE my Executor.

In witness whereof I do to this my will set my hand this the sixth day of April one thousand eight hundred and eighty five.
