In the name of God Amen.
I, A. H. COZORT of the county of Crockett and the state of Tennessee being in good bodily health and of sound disposing mind and memory... make this my last will and Testament...
... all my just debts and funeral charges shall by my executors hereinafter named be paid...
1st I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife REBECCA all my household furnature all my live stock and farming impliments all money and notes I also give to her the use of my dwelling house and lands to have and to hold the same for and during her natural life.
2nd I give devise bequeath to my three sons JAMES, JOSEH and MARCUS my houses and lands and all apaurtannanes situated in district no 1 Crockett Co state of Tennessee and all profit income and advantage that may result therefrom from and after the decease of my beloved wife REBECCA to have and to hold the same to them the said JAMES, JOSEPH and MARCUS...
Lastly I do nominate and appoint my tried and true friend J. W. EMISON and my Son JAMES the executors of this my last will and testament...
