J. R. COLE Will Probated Jan 6 1919 Minute Book 273 page __ My Will and Testiment Know all men by their presence This is to certify that I J. R. COLE being of sound mind do this day give and bequeath to my wife CLAUDIE A COLE all my property that is in my possession at my death to be hers and hold as long as she lives, and then be divided equally between our children in the event she desires to marry again or does marry again then she shall have a childs part of all the property, real and personal. Witness my hand this the 8 day of Oct. 1918. J. R. COLE I appoint G. L. COLE to attend to winding up the business and EVANS ESPEY to assist. J. R. COLE |
