Last Will and Testament of E. T. CATES - Probated September 19, 1949 I, E. T. CATES, do make and publish, this my last will and Testament Hereby revoking all wills by me at any time made. Item One: To my foster daughter, LIDA SUE CATES SMITH, whom I raised and who is at present a citizen of Shawnee, Oklahoma, I do give, devise and bequeath my entire estate real personal and mixed and wherever same may be situated, to her sole and separate use, free from the martial rights of her present or any future husband. Item two: I nominate my personal friend B. C. EMISON as executor of this my last will and testament, and having the utmost Confidence in his integrity, I request that he be not required to execute bond as such Executor.
