Will of J. J. Canaday - Dated 8 Jan 1930

I, J. J. CANADAY, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me at any time made.

ITEM ONE. I direct that my executrix hereinafter named, pay all my just debts as soon as practicable after my death.

ITEM TWO. To my beloved wife, MAMIE CANADAY, I give, bequeath and devise my entire estate real and personal, for and during her natural life, and at her death said estate to go to ELIZABETH WALKER. The personal property is to be used by my said wife as she deems best and may be disposed of by her if she so elects, but so much of the personal estates as remains if any, at my wifes death is to go to ELIZABETH.

The only real estate I own is a one half undivided interest in the house and lot where we live; the lot is bounded as follows; on the North by the L&N; Right of way, East by an Alley, South by NEIL and West by CANADAY; it being the lot bought from the officers of the Baptist church July 1920.

In the event my said wife and ELIZABETH desire to sell said lot and invest the proceeds in another lot, the title to the second lot is to be taken to my wife for her life and at her death to ELIZABETH WALKER.

ITEM THREE. I nominate my wife MAMIE CANADAY as executrix of this my last will and Testament and request that she be not required to give bond as such.
