Will of R. V. Butner - Dated 13 Nov 1923

I, R. V. BUTNER, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void, any and all wills by me at any time made.

First. I direct that my Executor hereinafter named, shall as soon as possible after my death, pay my just debts if any there be.

Second. After my debts shall have been paid, I give, bequeath and devise to my son LEE BUTNER, if he is living at the time of my death, my entire estate, real and personal, including money, notes, and other evidences of debt and lands, wherever situated; if my said son should die before I do, then at my death my said estate, real, personal and mixed, I give and bequeath to the children of my said son LEE BUTNER, share and share alike.

In willing my entire estate to my son LEE BUTNER, I do not overlook the fact that I have others sons and a number of grand children, but I give my estate to my son LEE and in case of his death before mine, to his children for reasons satisfactory to me.

Third. I nominate my said son LEE BUTNER Executor of this my last will and testament and request that he be excused from making bonds as such.
