Will of A. S. BUFORD Probated April 13, 1927 Know all men by these presents: That I, ALBERT S. BUFORD of the county of crockett, state of Tennessee, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make and publish this as my last will and testament, revoking all other wills made by me at any time. FIRST: - I desire my executor, hereinafter named, to pay all just debts and obligations oweing by me out of any money on hand, including medical accounts and funeral expenses. SECOND: - I give and bequeath to my wife, STELLA BUFORD, all of my property both real and personal, during her natural life, and at her death to be divided equally among my children, except as hereinafter proved. THIRD: - In order that this distrebution may be equal it is my will that my son, HUNTER BUFORD, shall pay a certain note now owing to HUSTON AGEE in the amount of three hundred ($300.00) Dollars out of his share of my estate, and said debt to be a lien upon his interest in my estate until paid. FOURTH: - It is my will that the amount of six hundred ($600.00) Dollars be deducted from the share of my said son LAWSON BUFORD, in my estate. FIFTH: - I hereby nominate and appoint my son LESTER BUFORD, as my executor without bond, having full faith and confidence in his fidelity, honesty and integrity and I hereby publish and declare the foregoing as my last will and testament.
