Will of Mrs. Martha J. Buck - Dated 26 Aug 1892
MRS. M. J. BUCKs Will Probated January Term 1894 Minute Book F. Page 152 I, MARTHA J. BUCK of the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and disposing memory do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling any will heretofore made by me. Item 1st. I comment my soul to god who gave it to me and my body to the earth to be buried by the side of my deceased husband HENRY BUCK. Item 2: It is my will that any debts that I may owe at the time of my death and my burial expenses be paid out of funds hereinafter provided for. Item 3: I give and bequeath to my son HENRY BUCK all my real estate durring his lifetime and at his death to my son ALBERT C. BUCK but in the event the said HENRY BUCK shall survive the said ALBERT C. BUCK and both shall die without legal issue then said real estate shall decend to my son HUNTER BUCK and his legal Heirs. Item 4th: I give and bequeath to my son ALBERT C. BUCK all my personal property including the crop raised on my land in the year in which I may die except my Household and Kitchen furnature which is to be divided as I have dissignated by marking between my sons ALBERT C. BUCK and HENRY BUCK and except further that any debts that I may owe at the time of my death and my burial expenses must be paid out of the personal property herein conveyed to my son ALBERT C. BUCK. Item 5th: I hereby appoint and constitute DR. JOSHWAY H. NUNN the executor of this my last will and testament and he shall not be required to give bond Given under my hand and seal this 26 day of Aug. 1892. M. J. BUCK
