I, HENRY S. BUCK of the county of Crockett and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make this my last will and testament hereby revoking and annulling any will heretofore made by me.

Item 1st: I commend my soul to the god who gave it and my body to the earth to be burried by the side of my Father deceased:

Item 2d: It is my will that my funeral expenses be paid out of any money of which I may be possesed at the time of my death or that may come into the hands of my Executor hereinafter named.

Item 3: It is my will that all my property whether real personal or mixed including my land & my stock in a word all of my property of every kind and character shall go to my brother A. C. BUCK during his natural life and at his death it shall go to my two brothers W. P. & HUNTER BUCK now in case I live longer than my Brother A. C. BUCK then my entire estate shall go to my brothers W. P. & HUNTER BUCK or their children.

Item 4th: I hereby appoint J. H. NUNN my Executor to attend to and see that the provissions of this my last will and testament is carried out he shall not give bond as Ex.

Codicil

5th Item: I hereby change Item 3rd or so much of it as to give my brother HUNTER one half of my entire effects including land & stock or so much of it as is left after paying all my indebtedness Then I bequeath my property to my Brothers A. C. BUCK and HUNTER BUCK.
