Know all men by these presents, that I, D. A. BROWDER of the county and State Tennessee, being sound in mind, and fully apprehensive, that none of us are free from the pangs of death, and desiring to arrange my worldly affairs in a satisfactory manner to myself, do hereby make this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills made by me if any.

First: I direct that my funeral and burial be such as will be satisfactory to my wife and family.

Second: I direct that my Executor whom I shall hereafter nominate, pay off, and fully discharge all funeral and burial expenses, and also pay off all other debts and legal obligations resting upon my estate as soon after my death as practible.

Thirdly: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife MAMIE E. BROWDER my entire estate for and during her natural life of widowhood, consisting of lands, houses, stock, moneys, notes, accounts, and everything in the way of real estate and personal property or choses in action.

Fourthly: I give and bequeath the revisionary interest in my estate as follows:

In case of the death of my wife, or in case she should re-marry then I nominate and appoint R. L. CONYERS and JOHN H. PERRY of Alamo Tennessee as trustees to aid and make proper distribution of my said estate, so as to allow said wife a proper and comfortable support as well as the laws of the State of Tennessee would grant free from the cares and control of her said husband in the event of remarriage, or in case of her death, I direct that my said Executor be and have power to sell my property, real and personal, if necessary and divide the same equally with JOSEPH SIMON, A. T., C. B., ODA, R. O. & S. G. Except as to JOSEPH SIMON, who has had One hundred & fifty dollars, which is to be deducted, and his share in case of his death without later issue, to revert back equally with the children above named. His portion is not to be subject to his debts or obligations, and not to be subject to his present wifes claims or inherited by his present child, his said wife and child are excluded from the benefits of my estate.

Also my daughter RUBY ANN, is not included as a beneficiary in my estate, but is excluded for satisfactory reasons to myself.

Fifthly: I direct that the timber on my land over 24 inches in diameter, be sold when satisfactory prices are given except a reservation of sufficient amount of large timber to afford boards and lumber for the place.

Sixth: I nominate and appoint JOHN H. PERRY as Executor of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I hereunto subscribe my name and declare the foregoing as my last will and testament - this November 18th 1905.
