Will of J. F. Brasfield - Dated January 1931

I, J. F. BRASFIELD, do make and publish, this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.

First Item: I give and bequeath to my beloved wife ANNIE BRASFIELD, all of the personal property that I may own at the time of my death, to use or dispose of as she may deem best.

Second Item: I give and devise to my said wife ANNIE BRASFIELD, all of my real estate, consisting of about 85 acres lying in the 3rd civil district of Crockett County, Tenn for and during her life.

Third Item: I nominate my wife ANNIE BRASFIELD, Executrix of this my last will and testament and request that she not be required to execute bond as such.
