I STEPHEN S. BOOTH being of sound in mind & of a disposing memory do make and constitute the following as my last will and testament...

Mentions:

I give and bequeath to my beloved wife MENERVIA BOOTH two hundred dollars in money one horse & buggy all my house hold & kitchen furniture & two Cows & Calves and also the following tract of land including my Homestead & family residence (the will contains a detailed description of said land)

Son, HENRY C. BOOTH, three hundred dollars in money to equalize his share with my other children.

Daughter, ELISABETH P. COOKE, a tract of land (the will contains a detailed description of said land), in addition to the tract heretofore given my said daughter ELISABETH for which she has a deed.

Son, S. G. BOOTH, four hundred dollars in money to make his share equal to my other Children.

Daughter, SARAH CASTLEMAN, for her sale or seperate use free from the Controll of her present or any future husband and to her bodily heirs at her death the following described tract of land being the place on which she now lives (the will contains a description of said land).

Son, JOHN P. BOOTH, 100 acres of land bequeathed to wife MANERVIA, after her death.

I hereby nominate & appoint my sons HENRY C. BOOTH & STEPHEN G. BOOTH Executors.
