Will of W. R. BOLING - Probated April 15, 1948

I, W. R. BOLING, a citizen of Crockett County, Tennessee, being of sound mind, make this my last will and testament, revoking any and all wills heretofore made my me.

First: At my death, as soon thereafter as practicable, all of my just debts, including my burial expenses shall be paid first out of such money as I may have and then from such my personal property as my administratrix shall deem necessary to sell for the purpose of paying said debts and expenses.

Second: I will and bequeath all of my property both real and personal to my beloved wife, FLORENCE BOLING, after said debts have been paid, to be held by her during her lifetime and at her death to be divided equally between our three children, JOHN L. BOLING, WILLIAM F. BOLING and MRS. LILLIAN WAINWRIGHT.

Third: I appoint my said wife as administratrix of my estate without bond.
