Will of W. H. Bolding - Dated 13 Oct 1926

I, W. H. BOLDING of Crockett County, Tennessee, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all others by me at any time made.

FIRST: I direct my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executrix.

SECONDLY: I give and bequeath to my wife MARTHA BOLING during her natural life and at her death to our children namely: ELBERT BOLDING, MAMIE KAIL, ODIS BOLDING, MINNIE GOLDEN and DEWEY BOLDING the following real estate, being two houses an lots and house and lot No, 1 - being situated in the of Maury City Tenn. and bounded as follows, to wit: Bounded on the North by ANDY GOODWIN, on the South by WIDOW BOOTH, East by MRS. SUTTON and on the west by EMMA BOOTH and contains about one acre.

Lot No. 2 - Situated and being in the Village of Maury Junction and bounded on the north by JIM WADE PERRY, south by MAUDE LYONS BOOTH, East by TOM WARREN and on the west by JIM WADE PERRY, and contains about2 and 3/4 acres.

THIRDLY: I give and bequeath to my daughter MOLLIE BARRETT $5.00 cash. to my son JIM BOLDING $5.00 cash, to my daughter LULA BLEDSOE $5.00 cash and to my son LEE OTHO BOLDING $5.00 cash, the reason for the several $5.00 bequeaths to said heirs of mine is that I have advanced moneys to them from time to time and endeavoring to be fair and just in the distrobution of my little estate.

FOURTHLY: I give and bequeath the remainder of my estate of whatever nature mixed and personal to my beloved wife MARTHA BOLING to be her own to use and enjoy.

Lastly, I do nominate and appoint my wife MARTHA BOLDING my executrix without bond.
