Will of ROBERT BOALS Probated March 26, 1943 Know all men by these presents, that I ROBERT BOALS being a man in good health and having a sound mind, do hereby make my last will and testament, as follows to wit, I ROBERT BOALS do hereby give all of my property both real and personal to my wife MAGGIE (BLACK) BOALS to have and to hold and to use for the remainder of her life, and no bond is to be required of her for the Administration of said property. Second, at the death of my wife, MAGGIE (BLACK) BOALS if there be any of my property left it shall be divided share and share alike, to my then living children. This Dec., 23, 1939 Signed ROBERT BOALS
