I JAMES BOALS of the County of Madison and State of Tennessee make and publish this as my last will and testament hereby making void all other wills made by me at any time.

First: I direct that my funeral expences and all my Just debts be paid as soon after my death as posible out of my munies that I may die possesed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly: I give and bequeath the my son JAMES WILLIAM my tract of land on which I now live with all the improvements thereon.

3 Tis my wish that my daughter REBECCA ANN will have all of my household and kitchen furniture and one milk cow or heifer and that the balance of my Estate be equally divided among all of my daughter bodily.

As witness whereof I have hereunto set my [hand] and seal this my last will and testament.
March 7 1870.
