In the name of God Amen

I DICY W. BAILEY of the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and
memory... make ordain publish and declare this to be my last will and testament.

Mentions:

Son, JOSEPH M. BLEDSOE, one half of a fifteen acre tract deeded to me by W. J. McFARLAND
(will contains a description of land), and an equal share of personal property

ELISHA RAINS, H. FOLLIS, ALLEY WILLIAMS, ELIJA RAINS, owners of land bordering tract deeded to JOSEPH M. BLEDSOE

Daughter, EMALY C. KINNER, fifty dollars in cash , over and above the rest of my children...

Daughter, SAMANTHA A., the grey horse she now claims in addition to her share

Son, NEWTON W., the bay filly now claimed by him to make equal with my other children

Son, THOMAS J., the Roan horse colt claimed by him to make him equal also with the rest of my children.

Other children, SARAH A., NATHANIEL C., and MARY E, shall share with the rest in the remainder
of my estate.

Son, JOSEPH M. BLEDSOE, Executor
