In the name of God, - Amen. I, T. H. AVERY being of sound mind & memory do hereby make & publish
this my last Will and Testament - making Void others heretofore by me at any time made.

Ist: I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife SALLIE AVERY all of my personal property of every
description, including notes, money and other evidences of debt, and direct that all of my just debts
be first paid including funeral expenses.

I do give & bequeath unto her the said SALLIE AVERY all of my lands, the same being in Crockett Co.
Tenn. to have full use and control of the same, and the proffits thereof during her natural life. Then
the same to decend as the law directs as though no will had ever been made.

I direct that my executor hereinafter named shall pay to my daughters BLANCH TUCKER & CENITH
SUTTON & JAMES C. AVERY (my son) each the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) out of any
money on hand or that may first come into her hands, she may pay this out of my life Insurance or
otherwise.

I hereby nominate & appoint the same SALLIE AVERY Executrix without bond.
