I JAMES T. ASPREY of the County of Crockett and State of Tennessee do make and publish this my last will and testament, in manner and form as follows.

First I give and bequeath to my son BENJAMIN H. ASPREY Seventy five dollars.

Secondly having heretofore given to three of my daughters to wit SARAH JANE, MARY ELEANOR and ELISABETH LOUISA a Colt apiece of the value of fifty dollars each I now give and bequeath to my two daughter viz NANCY CARMER and RACHEL FELICIA fifty dollars each to be paid to them by my Executors out of my estate so as to make there shares equal to the three above named.

Thirdly It is my will and desire that my son HENRY C. ASPREY shall not pay any rent for the use of the land on which he now lives and is Cultivating.

Fourthly I leave all the remainder of my property both real and personal to my wife ARNULEY ASPREY during her life and at her death to be equally divided amongst all my children but in the division of my land my desire is that my son BENJAMIN H. ASPREY have his share so as to include the dwelling house in which I now reside and the out houses around it.

Fifthly I nominate and appoint my son HENRY C. ASPRAY and my son in law JOHN S. EASON Executors to this my last will and testament In Witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal this the 12th day of March 1873.
