Will of W. S. ALLEY
Probated 14th August 1916

I, W. S. ALLEY, do make and publish this as my last will and testament, hereby making void all others by me at any time made.

First, I direct my funeral expenses, Doctors Bills and all my debts be paid as soon as possible after my death, out of any money that I may be possessed of or may first come into the hands of my executor.

Secondly, I want two mules known as Jim and Jack and the roan mare known as Hattie, wagon buggy, harness, two best milk cows, two brood sows, one years provisions, all hay and corn, farming implements, except one log wagon and chains, and all house hold and kitchen furniture to go to MRS. ROSA J. ALLEY.

Thirdly, I want all personal property not mentioned in division No. two to be sold and after all debts are paid, the balance to go to MRS. ROSA J. ALLEY.

Fourthly, I give to MRS. ROSA J. ALLEY during her life time all of my real estate, and after her death I want same to be equally divided among my children.

Fifthly I bequeath that my home place residence be repaired to a state of comfort for my wife out of the proceeds of my personal property not mentioned in section two.

Lastly, I do hereby nominate and appoint J. V. TRAFFORD my executor. In witness whereof, I do to this my will, set my hand, this the twentyeth day of December one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
