I SUSAN AKER of the County of Haywood and state of Tennessee do make and publish this as my
last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

1st I direct that my funeral expenses and all my Just debts be paid as soon after my death as possible
out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of my Executor.

2nd I give and bequeath to my Brother MICHAEL AKER's heirs fifty cents.

3rd I give and bequeath my Sister POLLY ANN COPHER fifty cents.

4th I give and bequeath my Brother JOHN JOHNSON AKER fifty cents.

5th I give and bequeath my Brother BURGES AKER fifty cents.

6th I give and bequeath my Brother PETER MATTISON AKER fifty cents.

7th I give and bequeath my Sister PENELLOPE JANE AKER fifty cents.

8th I give and bequeath my Niece ELISABETH ANN AKER my Bed and Bed clothes making my
entire possessions.

Lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my Brother PETER M. AKER my Executor. In witness
whereof I do to this my will set my hand and seal this 3 day of March 1872.
