Know all men by these presents: That I, P. J. ACOR do make and publish, this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making void all other wills by me at any time made.

First: - Out of the first money coming into the hands of my Executor, I direct that my burial expenses be paid and a suitable tombstone be purchased for my grave.

Second: - After said burial expenses are paid and said tombstone has been paid for, I give and bequeath to my nephew J. W. ACOR, all of the property I may own at the time of my death including money, notes, accounts, live stock and all other property of every character.

Third: - I nominate my nephew J. W. ACOR the Executor of this my last will and testament and waive necessity of bond.

Given under my hand this the 21" day of Oct. 1905
