I, GEORGE M. ACOR of Crockett County, Tenn, being feeble in health, but sound in mind, do hereby make and publish this as my last Will and Testament�

First I give and will to my beloved wife all of my personal property of every kind and nature.

Second I do hereby will give and bequeath to my said beloved wife ROSA ANN ACOR the home place on which we live in the 14th civil district of Crockett County Tennessee consisting about Twenty (20) acres to be hers absolute said place was deed to me by P. J. ACOR on the 4th December 1895 and recorded in Deed Book K at Alamo Tenn. On pages 616 & 617, and bounded as follows� (description of land follows)

3rd I also give will and bequeath to my beloved wife ROSA ANN ACOR all the remainder of said land in the 14th civil district and adjoining the first place mentioned and the said land disposed of, this the 3rd clause of this will, is the land deeded to me and embraced in the same deed from P. J. ACOR as the first tract� (description of land follows)� containing 23 � acres more or less. The third track, Beginning in C. BEST old line, � (description of land follows)� containing 8 � acres � said last two tracts is encumbered with a life estate of said P. J. ACOR if she sees proper to claim it, but she has turned it over to me, and I am now in possession of the same, and have it rented out, and she charges me no rent on same.

4th I also will give and bequeath to my said beloved wife ROSA ANN ACOR, all my undivided interest that I have in the old MAT (or Max) ACOR or COPHER place near Alamo Tenn. In the 6th 8 and 14th civil districts, the place where my father and COPHER lived.

5th It is my will that a nice monument be erected to my memory and that enough of my estate as is necessary, be appropriated by my Executrix as may be necessary to keep said monument and grave well preserved.

I appoint my beloved wife ROSA ANN ACOR as my Executrix to this my will but waive her giving bond as such.
