R. Lyle Spraggins Obituary

MR. R. LYLE SPRAGGINS died of a heart attack at Baptist Hospital, Memphis Monday a. m. He was a landowner and citizen of Gadsden, 56 years of age. Services were held Wednesday at the Gadsden Baptist Church, burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Humboldt. He leaves his wife; three daughters, CHRISTINE SPRAGGINS of Gadsden, Mrs. J. C. (GENROSE) PIERCY of Bells and Mrs. SAM (MARTHA ANN) SULLIVAN of McKenzie; one sister, MISS MAIE SPRAGGINS of Gadsden; one half-brother, MOORE WILLIAMS of Memphis; and one granddaughter, SANDRA ANN SULLIVAN of McKenzie.
