The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, February 27, 1947 Joseph Paul Smith Funeral services for Joseph Paul Smith were conducted by Rev. Guy Halford at the Methodist Church at Oakfield on Feb. 26 at 1:30 p.m. Mr. Smith died at his home near Gadsden at the age of 57. He was born in Crockett County and was a member of the Oak Field Methodist church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Minnie Smith, two children, Willis Smith and Mrs. Mosie Smith Fanning, five grand children and one great grand child. Burial at Oakfield Cemetery with Ronk Funeral Home in charge. |
