CROCKETT COUNTY SENTINEL VOLUME 77 NUMBER 3 THURSDAY JULY 7, 1949 BELLS, TENNESSEE DEATH--Services for James V. SKIPPER, who died Wednesday morning of last week at his home near Bells, were held Thursday morning at the Church of Christ at Cross Roads, burial in Robertson Cemetery. He was a farmer, active in Bells Chamber of Commerce and lived all his life near Bells. He was 48. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Doris SKIPPER; five sons, Norman SKIPPER, M/Sgt. in the Army, James SKIPPER, Jr. Yeoman 1st Class in the Navy, Roy Thomas SKIPPER, Dannie SKIPPER and Rodney SKIPPER, all of Bells; and two daughters, Mrs. Thomas BARFOOT, of Memphis and Miss Judie SKIPPER, of Bells. |
