The Crockett Times Alamo, Tennessee Thursday, May 13, 1948 Vol. 16 No. 11 Bells Items--Miss Ethelene Nichols and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Shellabarger of Jackson and Mrs. Lena Shellabarger are in Indianapolis, Ind., to attend the funeral of Pfc. Duane Shellabarger, who was killed on Iwo Jima in 1945. Duane was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willis Shellabarger, former residents of Bells. |
