DEATH--Services for Benjamin Franklin RICHARDSON, retired merchant, who died Monday at the home of his sister, Mrs. Myrtle BOOKER in Gadsden, were held Wednesday at the residence of Mrs. Maude WILLIAMS, another sister, in Gadsden, burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. He was 71. He leaves three other sisters, Mrs. Margaret RAINES, of Gadsden, Mrs. Inez MOBLEY, of Memphis and Mrs. Berdie JACKSON, of Paragould, Ark.

A TRIBUTE TO BENJAMIN FRANKLIN RICHARDSON--(already recorded earlier sisters names, place of death and burial place. ) He was born March 11, 1878 in Gadsden where he spent his entire life. The sone of Henry Hill & Margaret E. RICHARDSON, the grandson of Gadsden's pioneer merchant, Wm. Booker RICHARDSON, whose mercantile business dates back 86 years. His maternal grandparents, the COLLINSWORTH and COX families moving to West Tennessee in 1827. He was never married, at an early age in his life his mother was left a widow and he took over his father's business and devoted his life to his mother and family.
