Mrs. Lona Jetton Randle, wife of Bert Randle, died Saturday afternoon at her home in Alamo after a brief illness. She was 53 years of age and a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Amos Taylor, pioneer citizens of the county.

She leaves her husband, one son, Taylor Jetton of Memphis, one granddaughter and many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

Mrs. Randle was a member of the Church of Christ and funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Alamo Church of Christ by R. E. Black of Maury City.
