THE HALLS GRAPHIC HALLS, TENNESSEE (Lauderdale Co.) FRIDAY JANUARY 25, 1946 MRS. MINNIE WILLIAMSON PUTMAN ... wife of John C. PUTMAN of near Friendship, died at her home there Sunday after several weeks illness. Services were held Tuesday at Friendship Baptist Church, burial in Sudbury Cemetery. She was a former teacher in Crockett County Schools. She leaves a son, Staff Sgt. Durwood BUFORD of Trenton, who returned from Japan last week; a step-daughter, Mrs. Jewell SUMERLIN, Jackson; two brothers, Jim WILLIAMSON and Benoni WILLIAMSON, both of Maury City; a sister, Mrs. Frank RHODES, Maury City; neice, Mrs. Frank Garner of this place. |
