MRS. E. J. PULLEY STRICKEN, DIES

Mrs. May Olah Pulley, wife of E. J. Pulley, retired contractor was watching television last night at her home, 1105 N. Seventh, when she suffered a heart attack. She was dead on arrival at St. Joseph's Hospital at 11 p.m. She was 76.

Mrs. Pulley, who had long been active in First Baptist Church and was a member of TEL class there, had lived in Memphis since 1921.

She and her husband celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary last November.

She was born in Crockett County, Tenn., and lived, before her marriage, on her parent's farm near Friendship, Tenn.

She also leaves two daughters, Mrs. W. T. Mar, Sr., and Mrs. Stanley Alexander, both of Memphis; her son, W. C. Pulley of San Francisco; two grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
