The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, January 30, 1947 Miss Josie Powell Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. P. Irion of Bells, for Miss Josie Powell on Friday afternoon, January 24 at the Baptist Church in Maury City. Miss Powell died at the home of Mrs. Charlie Lee near Crockett Mills on Thursday, January 23, at the age of sixty nine. Miss Powell was a member of the Methodist Church. She was born and reared in this county. Burial in Nunn graveyard with Ronk Funeral Home in charge. |
