The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, January 30, 1947 Mrs. Martha Jane Permenter Funeral services were conducted by Rev. George Pressley for Mrs. Martha Jane Permenter, who died Jan. 28 at the age of sixty nine years. She was born in Hardin County but had lived in Crockett County near Alamo for some time. She is survived by three sons, Atture Burns, Pollard Burns and McKinley Burns of Finley, Tenn.; one daughter, Della Pollick of Caruthersville, Mo., two sisters, Mrs. Emma McGuary and Mrs. Maude Foster of Dyersburg; two brothers, Garland Wilson of Dyersburg and John Wilson of Arkansas. Burial at Salem with Ron's [Ronk's?] Funeral Home in charge. |
