The Crockett Times Alamo, Tennessee Thursday, December 16, 1948 Vol. 16 No. 42 Mrs. W. C. Pennington-Services to be held today for Crockett County Native-Ripley, Tenn., Dec. 10--Services for Mrs. Annie Belle Harrell Pennington, who died near Ashport, Tenn., Friday afternoon, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon at the Edith Assembly of God Church. The Rev. M. C. Dailey will officiate. Burial will be in the Edith Cemetery. She was 47. Mrs. Pennington was born in Crockett County and was a member of the Assembly of God Church. She leaves her husband, W. C. Pennington, a farmer of Ashport; her mother, Mrs. L. M Harrell of Halls; two sons, William A. and Murphey Pennington of Ripley and a daughter; Mrs. Woodrow Kirkpatrick of Ripley; nine brothers, Ed, J. H., S. H., T.M., Byrd, Ellie and L. L. Harrell of Halls; R. B. Harrell of Memphis and Roy Harrell of Missouri and three sisters, Mrs. B. M. Riddick of Ripley; Mrs. J. L. Newman of Memphis and Mrs. A. B. Mansfield of Missouri. |
