The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, January 23, 1947 Arthur Nichols Arthur N. Nichols, 65, died Monday at the home of his brother, W. E. Nichols, Sr., near Alamo. Mr. Nichols was born and reared in this county and spent his entire life here. He leaves many friends to mourn his passing. He is survived by his brother and one sister, Mrs. Mattie Tate of Alba, Texas. He was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Nichols. Funeral services were held at Cairo Church of Christ Tuesday morning by Rev. Frank Perry at 11 o'clock and burial was in Cook Cemetery. Ronk Funeral Home in charge. |
