Humboldt Courier-Chroncle Gibson Co., TN Friday November 23, 1923 ROUTE # 8--MR. TOM McCOY died at his home Tuesday morning. He had been in poor health for several months, but was able to be up until about a week before he died. Deceased was 45 years of age. He leaves a wife and twelve children, several brothers and one sister to mourn his death. He was a good man and liked by all that knew him. As the preachers failed to come, W. G. PERRY made a short talk, after which the remains were laid to rest in Raines Cem. |
