The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, May 16, 1946 Mrs. J. B. Lyons Mrs. J. B. Lyons, 74, died Tuesday afternoon at Webb-Williamson Hospital in Jackson. She was a member of the Church of Christ from childhood and was held in high esteem by all who knew her. Surviving are two step-sons, Jim Lyons of Maury City and John Lyons of Friendship; two step-daughters, Mrs. Maude Booth and Mrs. Homer Boling of Maury City, one brother, B. F. Medlin, Kenton, Tenn., one sister, Mrs. Kate Jones of Alamo. Mrs. Lyons had been in ill health for some time. Funeral services Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Alamo Church of Christ by A. C. Carpenter and Frank Vandyke. Garner Funeral Home in charge.
