Tri-County News Crockett Co., TN Thursday, August 7, 1913 Last Friday afternoon about 5 o'clock death claimed one of the community's purest christian characters, Mrs. Emma LASSITER, wife of L. T. LASSITER. Her husband and one sister, Mrs. Maggie RICE, of this place, survive her. She was about 35 years of age. The remains were laid to rest at Mt. Zion Saturday. Emma was the daughter of J. G. Lovelace & Alpha Ballentine. She married L. T. Lassiter 31 Jan 1900 in Crockett Co. |
