The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, November 6, 1947 Hardy Neal Laman Hardy Neal Laman, 40, died Sunday morning at the Webb-Williamson Hospital in Jackson. Mr. Laman lived near Alamo and was a member of a pioneer family of this community. He had many friends. He leaves his wife, three children, father, Hicks Laman and his stepmother. Mr. Laman was a member of the Methodist Church and services were held at Cypress Monday with the Rev. J. P. Irion officiating and Ronk Funeral Home in charge.
The Crockett Times Card of Thanks Words cannot express our thanks and appreciation for the many acts of kindness, expressions of sympathy, the beautiful floral offerings received from our relatives, friends and neighbors during the sudden death of our beloved husband, father, son and brother. We especially thank Dr. Farrow for his untiring effort, also Bro. Irion, Bro. Walker, Mr. A. L. Ronk for their splendid service rendered. We thank our neighbors and all the ladies for the nice dishes of food. We with to extend our heartfelt thanks particularly for remembrances received from our many friends and relatives during the dark hours of our sorrow. May God's richest blessings be with you all is our prayer.
