CROCKETT COUNTY SENTINEL VOLUME 77 NUMBER 3 THURSDAY AUGUST 11, 1949 BELLS, TENNESSEE DEATH--Services for Mrs. Ada Florence KERNODLE, who died at her home in Jackson early Friday after a long illness were held at Salem Baptist Church, Lakeview, Tenn., burial in church cemetery. A native of Gibson County and lived a good many years in Crockett County before moving to Jackson four years ago. She was 76. She leaves her husband, D. N. KERNODLE; six children, Eldon KERNODLE, Aubrey KERNODLE, and Mrs. Homer LOYD, all of Gadsden, Mrs. Homer GREGORY, Alvin KERNODLE and Hearn KERNODLE, all of Jackson; three sisters, Mrs. Lula BRANSON, of Jackson, Mrs. Annie THOMASON and Mrs. Elizabeth HAMMOND, both of Humboldt. |
