Lauderdale County Enterprise January 5, 1968 Mrs. Hilda Beanna Smith JONES, 62, widow of Oscar JONES, milk contractor of Covington, died at 10 a. m. Tuesday at Tipton County Hospital in Covington, which she had just entered after an apparent heart attack. Services were at 2 p. m. Thursday at Archer's Chapel Church, of which she was a member. Burial in the church cemetery. Born in Crockett County, she moved to Covington in 1960. Her husband died last year. She leaves her sisters; Mrs. Ruth STEPHENSON of Martin, and Mrs. Betty Lou RYLANT of Covington; Her brother, Grover SMITH of Halls; and her sister, Mrs. Dorothy GILLILAND of near Gates. |
