The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, February 6, 1947 Nelson Jaynes Funeral services were conducted at Walnut Hill Baptist Church, Monday at 2:00 p.m. for Mr. Nelson Jaynes, who died at his home at the age of 54 on February 1 at 11:50 p.m. He was a member of the Baptist Church and a well known and highly respected citizen. He is survived by three daughters, Lorrell Pipkins, Dorothy Fesmire and Mrs. Ola Mai Long of Jackson and one son, Leroy Jaynes of Jackson; two brothers, J. O. Jaynes and Ben Jaynes and one sister, Mrs. Alice Jaynes. Burial in Walnut Hill with Ronk's Funeral Home in charge. |
