Take from Florence Times Newspaper, Florence, Alabama "Mrs. Lintrue B. Jaynes, 87, of 615 N. Popular Street Florence, died at ECM Hospital Tuesday (12/05/1967) at 11:25p.m. She was the wife of the late Isaac Melville Jaynes and was a native of Crockett Co. Tenn, moving to Jackson, Tennessee, at an early age, residing there until moving to Florence recently. She was a member of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church of Jackson. Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at Lanier Funeral Home in Jackson, Tennessee with Rev. Robert M. Shelton and Rev. George Warren officiating. Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery in Jackson. The body was carried by Spry Funeral Home of Florence, to Lanier Funeral Home in Jackson. Surviving are two sons, J. L. and W. L. Jaynes, both of Florence; six grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren,three great great grandchildren. Bearers will be Cliff Lohrig, Fred Mickie, Abner Taylor, Milton Young, Jack Daniels, and Walter Knowles." |
