The Crockett Times Alamo, Tenn. Thursday, October 2, 1947 Thomas Henry Hill Thomas Henry Hill died at the home of his mother, Mrs. Ann Hill of Friendship, Friday at 12:30 p.m. He had been ill for the past four months. He was 70. Mr. Hill was born in Dyer County and went to Memphis 42 years ago. He was a night watchman at the Industrial Marine before his illness. He leaves his mother, one son, J. E. Hill of New York City, a daughter, Mrs. A. I. Lewis of Charleston, S. C., one sister, Mrs. Lizzie Rogers of Friendship. Services were held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Sudbury Funeral Home, Rev. S. B. Morrison of Trenton officiating. Burial in Sudbury Cemetery with Sudbury Funeral Home in charge. |
