The Humboldt Courier Chronicle Thursday, Dec 7, 1978 pg. 4 Obituaries George Phillip Hefley Funeral services for George Phillip Hefley, 96, were held at Hunt Funeral Home, 2:30 Tuesday afternoon conducted by Rev. Frances Vrieson. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery with Masonic services at the grave. Mr. Hefley died in Van Buren, Arkansas Sunday. He was a retired farmer. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Irene Griffin, Alma, Ark., and Mrs. Evelyn Rooker, Columbia, Tn.; 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild. |
