WILLIAM FOSTER HAYNES, 62, died Tuesday at his home near Gadsden. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. BETTIE BELL HAYNES; three sons, FRANK HAYNES, with the U. S. Air Force, Hamilton Field, Calif., LINCOLN HAYNES of Bells and CLARENCE HYNES of Gadsden; two daughters, Mrs. MARTHA HARBIN of Camden and Mrs. SALLIE SHEA of Gadsden; his mother, Mrs. LELA HAYNES of Gadsden; three brothers, GEORGE HAYNES of Stockton, Calif., RASTUS HAYNES and FORREST HAYNES of Gadsden.
